What Grant of Representation should I apply for?
We pride ourselves to be experienced in obtaining all types of the classic Grants of Representation.
When a person dies leaving a valid Will, the Grant to apply for is a Grant of Probate. If, however, the person died without a Will, also known as being intestate, the personal representatives will have to obtain a Grant of Letters of Administration appointing them as administrators of the estate. When the Will appoints people as Executors that are unable to fulfil their duties, a Grant of Letter of Administration (Will annexed) is applied for by the personal representatives. If you believe you require a different Grant, contact our team and we will be able to obtain the necessary document for you.
