Online Services – Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney

Use our online Wills service to make your Will. You can provide your instructions at any time without having to come into our offices.

How much does it cost?

We charge £225 – £325 + VAT for a straightforward single Will and £390 – £490 + VAT for joint straightforward mirror Wills.

If you require a property Trust in your Will, we charge an additional fee of £75 + VAT or £100 + VAT for joint mirror Wills.

The cost may be higher if your estate is particularly complicated or your require a property trust. We will talk to you in advance about any additional charges.

You can also make a Will using the Cancer Research free Will service. Most people who use this service leave a gift to Cancer Research, however it is not a requirement. You can find our more about the free Will service here.

We offer 10% off our Lasting Power of Attorney fees when you make a Will.

How do you start your Will online?

Please complete the contact form below and we will send you an online questionnaire. The questionnaire is easy to complete and contains the information we need to provide you with advice and draft your Will.

Once you have completed the Will questionnaire, a member of our team will be in touch to make an appointment for us to see you. Appointments take place in our office or via video call (Teams or Zoom). Home appointments are also available.
