Start Your Divorce Online

Use our online service to help you get divorced in England or Wales. Provided that you have been married for over one year and your spouse is in agreement to the divorce, we can assist you.

Why start your divorce online?

  • Starting your divorce online is simple and convenient.
  • Your case will be handled by an experienced lawyer.
  • There is no need to come into the office – we understand you do not always have time for this.
  • Any questions that you have can be handled by email or telephone.

There are 5 steps to the divorce process:

1. Submit your information using the form below

2. We will arrange for one of our qualified family lawyers to contact you and discuss your divorce in more detail. The call will be between 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday

3. We will send you your divorce papers to sign and send back to us.

4. We will start the divorce process by sending the papers to the court. They will contact your spouse and ask them to confirm their agreement to the divorce.

5. Once your spouse has confirmed their agreement, we will complete the divorce on your behalf.

Our fee for an agreed, uncontested divorce is £500 plus VAT plus the Court fee (currently £550). For more details on our costs, click here.
