Due to recent legislation surrounding building and fire safety, we regret that we are unable to act for leasehold flats where the building in which the property is situated exceeds 3 storeys. The new legislation has resulted in complex regulations and mortgage lender requirements therefore we are pausing our work in this area until there is clarity from the government and mortgage lenders. The quote that we provide is given on the basis that the property does not fall in this category.
