Residential Conveyancer

We are seeking an experienced residential conveyancer to join our team. The role requires a fee earner with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.

Applicants must be able to manage a busy case load. We are willing to consider candidates at the beginning of their career and those with experience.

The successful candidate will be dealing with a range of property matters including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sale and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Right to Buy
  • New build properties
  • Shared ownership

Key skills include:

  • Good communication and computer skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Good networking skills

We offer a competitive salary with bonus scheme.

The position is full time, based at our Gorleston office.

Wills & Probate Lawyer

We are looking to recruit an experienced private client solicitor or legal executive, however we will of course consider experienced candidates with no formal qualifications.

The successful candidate should have excellent client care skills and be able to work in a clear, concise and timely manner. They should have empathy and strong people skills coupled with technical excellence and a flair for business development.

They should have experience in managing their own caseload and be able to deal with a range of private client matters to include:

  • Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Handling Probate and Executorship matters
  • Estate Administration
  • Setting up and administering trusts
  • Deputy applications / Court of Protection matters
  • Higher value estates and Inheritance Tax Account

We offer a competitive salary with bonus scheme.

The position is to be 4 or 5 days per week and will be based at our Great Yarmouth office.
