Bargain or a scam? In the heat of the moment it can be hard to tell, especially in the run up to Black Friday!

Criminals may trick you into purchasing goods/services that don’t exist by advertising them at too good to be true prices.

Protect your money and information by only using retailers you trust, or authorised sellers named on official websites when shopping for deals online.

The property market remains open during lockdown 2! 🏡 🚛

Buying, selling and renting a home can continue, in a COVID-secure way, as it has in recent months. Estate and letting agents can operate, show homes and sales suites can remain open and property viewings, mortgage valuations and surveys can take place. The government guidance on moving home must be followed – find out more here:

Due to the current lockdown, our offices are closed to visitors, however our staff are still working. We have heavily invested in IT over the past 18 months, meaning that we can continue to work with no impact to the service that we provide.

Our priority remains the safety of our staff, clients and community. As as result, appointments in the office will only be agreed where it is absolutely necessary and urgent. Please contact us before visiting one of our offices. Stay safe 💚 See MoreSee Less

Can you help the Christmas stocking campaign? 🎅🏻🎄***Christmas Stocking Campaign***

UPDATE – PLEASE SHARE

If you would like to and are able, you can donate via our PayPal link and we will purchase Christmas Stocking fillers from LOCAL SHOPS in and around Norfolk and Waveney on your behalf.

With the new restrictions coming into place, we recognise that it is going to be a very difficult time for many people. But we are full of the Christmas Spirit, and will work to ensure we fill and distribute Christmas Stockings, Food Hampers and other gifts to people in need across Norfolk and Waveney.

We work with many National Chains, who have been magnificent, and fully support our idea to try to help our Local Stores.

Thank You

Merry Christmas!

🏡 Can you move house during lockdown?

The housing minister has tweeted that the property market will remain open during lockdown. We are currently waiting for the Government advice to be updated, however based on the previous lockdown advice, some house moves can continue to go ahead.

In the previous lockdown moving house was possible where current social distancing rules were adhered to, properties were not occupied with cases (or suspected cases) of coronavirus and occupants were not self isolating.

It is inevitable that some moves will be affected but our team will work hard to ensure as many people as possible can move, where it is safe to do so. Our systems allow us to easily work from home and deal with most aspects electronically, minimising disruption to your transaction. See MoreSee Less
